I’ve had my site on many different hosting companies and none have provided the support and bandwidth that bluehost has. At $6.95/month it’s cheap if you like to compare prices, by far the best one I have tried. So far no downtime, and I love having 30gb of disk space and tons of SQL databases so I can install anything I want.

HostRocket
This is the only host I can still recommend after using them. They are cheap and have been great to work with support is fast and responsive.

Hostrocket was the best out of all hosts I’ve tried. They also provide SSH access, which helps but I believe I had to “apply” for it but it only took about 5 minutes for them to respond and let me know that it was enabled.

Lunar Pages
Lunarpages have the best support you will find IMHO. They have a forum with lots of helpful staff that reply to questions very fast. The phone line (alothugh I havnt needed to use it) gets good feedback. Servers are very fast and reliable (I have never had downtime on any of my 5 LP accounts!)

I recently switched over to Hostmonster because my previous host, a small Singapore company can’t offer me the kind of space and bandwidth that Hostmonster offers.

I give top marks to their customer service. I still cannot forget how tickets are responded to in under 30 minutes, and their LiveChat support response time is under 5 minutes. And, on the few occassions that I requested for support, the problems were generally fixed on the spot.

So far, I had not experienced any downtime, although there were times when page loading seems a little slow. Overall, for the price that you pay ($3.95 a month if you pay upfront for at least 12 months, and they bundle in one free domain name as long as you stay with them), there really isn’t much to complain about.

I have been with imhosted for over 2 years now. I have a gold reseller account and I am happy with the service I have.

I have always found support to be prompt and solved issues. Only had to use support a few times over these couple years.

Sites are up well and email service is very good. There are 600 plus sites hosted on the same server as mine but I have no speed issues.
